Our licence periods give you long-term peace of mind. New caravans come with a 15-year licence, while new lodges and eco lodges are licensed for up to 50 years. That means you can look forward to many years of holidays without worrying about renewing.

Yes. While traditional mortgages aren’t available (as holiday homes are sold with a licence rather than a lease), many of our owners choose to spread the cost with finance. We work closely with approved specialist brokers who can create tailored packages to suit your circumstances, making ownership more accessible.

Site fees cover the running costs of the park and the use of facilities
are from £4,711 per yearFees are due annually by 31st March, but monthly direct debit options are available (subject to status and credit checks).
Your site fees include access to on-park facilities and help us maintain the high standards we’re known for.

Yes – we welcome dogs as part of the family.
Our parks are surrounded by woodland trails and coastal walks, so your four-legged friends will love it here as much as you do.
We simply ask owners to follow our responsible pet ownership guidelines.

Commercial subletting isn’t permitted, as we want to maintain the community feel of the park.
However, sharing your holiday home with close family and friends is absolutely fine, and part of the joy of ownership.

Holiday homes are designed as leisure retreats, not permanent residences. During the purchase process, you’ll need to provide proof of a permanent address elsewhere.
The benefit of this arrangement is that you won’t have to pay council tax or stamp duty on your holiday home – making it a more affordable way to enjoy a second home lifestyle.
